  • Check-in and check-out time

    Standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM and check-out at 12 PM. Kindly note that check-in time may be shifted to 3:00 PM during high occupancy periods. 

  • How can I talk to the Front Office Officer?

    Please dial service key “1” from your in-room phone for assistance. 

  • Can I request housekeeping?

    Housekeeping services are available. Please press the service key “2” for assistance. 

  • Do you have wifi?

    The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in all rooms, as well as in the common areas. You will receive the access code upon check-in.

  • Do you allow early check in and late check-out?

    Early check in will be charge 50% of published rates subject to room availability and late check out from 12.00 to 6.00pm will be charged 50% of published rates, full day rate applied check out after 6.00pm.

  • Do you have an elevator?

    We are equipped with two (2) guest elevator. 

  • Can I bring my pet inside the hotel?

    Pets are not allowed at the hotel.

  • Do you offer parking slot for hotel guests?

    Yes, however parking space is subject to high category rooms only (Costa and Suite room). Registered hotel guests may purchase parking coupons at our reception.

  • What is your linen & damage Policy?

    Please note that additional charges are applicable for linen stains and other cleaning or damages caused intentionally or unintentionally. Penalties vary depending on the extent and severity of the damage. These include, but are not limited to, cleaning, repair, or replacement charges for stained walls, vomit, blood and food stain on linens, and broken furniture and fittings. The exact cost will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Manager in charge. 

  • What is your smoking policy?

    The hotel is strictly non-smoking, both inside and in the outdoor common areas.

  • If I need assistance in travel and tours related whom do, I Contact?

  • Can I request an extra bed in a room?

    The hotel does not offer an extra bed, the maximum number of occupants per room is specified in room descriptions.

  • Do you have any restaurant outlet?

    Yes, we do have coffee house by the name of STRAITS CAFÉ, operating hours: 7.30am to 10.00pm.

  • What credit cards do you accept at the hotel?

    Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

  • I need to modify or cancel a reservation. Who should I contact?

    To modify or cancel a reservation, use the same method used to book. This is particularly important for reservations made through OTA (Expedia, Agoda, Tiket.com, Traveloka…etc) For direct booking to hotel, you may contact our reservation department at +606-281 6666 or +6019-221 8367.
